1. Cut open the master vacuum-sealed bag containing the oxygen absorbers.
2. Remove only the absorbers you plan to use within the next 10 minutes.
3. Immediately reseal the remaining absorbers using a vacuum sealer or heat-seal them inside a spare Mylar bag for future use.
4. Place one absorber inside your filled Mylar bag with the food product, then heat-seal the bag (position of the absorber doesn’t matter — it works equally well at the top or bottom).
