A quality 6" hand held heat sealer designed to seal foil bags, coffee bags (with or without side gusset) or cellophane. Constant heat is supplied to this heat sealer for the perfect seal and produces a wide crimped seal of 15mm. Perfect for use in a bakery, confectioner or those wanting to seal most thicknesses of foil bags. With an adjustable temperature control between 30°C to 220°C.

This model is fully CE certified, so meets all safety regulations. It comes with a UK specification unlike many others so has UK plug, manual and operates at 230V. The heat sealer has an adjustable heat temperature dial to select an ideal heat for your sealing needs depending on the thickness and material you are sealing.

Produces an extra wide 15mm seal, similar to that found on ground filter coffee for example and can seal bags upto 8mil or 200um in thickness and unlimited width as you can crimp the bag then move along overlapping the crimp a little, please see the video below on how to do this.

The heat sealer is teflon coated for easy release of the material that is being sealed. Unlike normal heat sealers where the thin heating element can snap with time, the design of this sealer avoids this as a block of metal performs the sealing.
